How Our Preconstruction Services Work:
We begin with a complimentary consultation at your home or project site, where we’ll discuss your vision and the overall scope of the project. I’ll also provide a rough budget range to give you an idea of the potential costs.
If the budget fits within what you’re comfortable spending, we’ll move forward with our preconstruction services, which typically cost 5-6% of the budget. For smaller projects, we offer a fixed lower fee option.
If you decide not to continue with us for the full construction, you’ll still receive permit-ready documents that you can use with any contractor.

If you decide to proceed with Stratford Hills Construction for the construction phase, a portion of this fee will be credited toward your overall project cost, ensuring you receive the best value for your investment.
